Win Win Solutions, LLC is an IT staffing firm working towards increasing minority participation in IT support staffing as well as providing our clients with world class customer service and support. Formed in 2017 by Brett Ervin after working 20 years in the support field for large organization such as ExxonMobil, Cleveland Clinic,Chase financial and the Deparment of Defense. Mr. Ervin recognized the lack of minority participation in the field of tech support throughought his years of experience and wanted to do something to change that. Thus Win Win Solutions was birthed.
