WiRe Australia (formerly known as Women in Reinsurance Australia), was launched in 2015 as a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation to support the reinsurance market. Our mission is to engage and inspire (re)insurance professionals from all backgrounds. We do this via seminars, professional development (mentoring/coaching), charitable events and networking activities. We create opportunities, educate, and present inspiring leaders to motivate, empower, and encourage us to open our minds in an ever-evolving working environment.
