The Four-Colour Temperament Model ©, also known as the Four Temperament Theory – the human behavioural model of Lynette Beer of Seeds of Inspiration – forms the basis of our workshops.
Learners are made aware of their own unique temperament, thereby enabling them to better know and understand themselves before being able to go out and be serviceable.
