Wireless Advantage is a Verizon Premium Retailer with operations across the Southeastern United States. Wireless Advantage currently has 41 store locations in both rural and metro markets. The mission of our company is to acquire and maintain a loyal customer base through superior customer service, while providing customers the reliable communications services they have come to expect from today’s wireless industry. Our companies greatest advantage is our staff. WACI is dedicated to developing and investing in our staff so they may best earn the right to become the total communications solutions provider for the customers in the areas in which we serve. Wireless Advantage was founded in Dothan, AL in August 2001 by the current President and CEO, Steve Maddox. WACI initially began under the ALLTEL Flag and quickly became the carriers largest partner in Alabama. At the climax of the Alltel era, Wireless Advantage owned and operated 14 stores in three states. After the 2009 acquisition of ALLTEL by Verizon Wireless; WACI showed its ability to adapt and embrace change by realigning its distribution to meet the needs of VZW and its customers. In 2011 WACI emerged from the transition as one of the fastest growing Verizon Premium Retailers in the Southeast with 22 locations. Wireless Advantage now has 41 locations across the Southeast United States and is expected to exceed 50 locations in 2014.
