An industry leading team at Trammell Crow Company/CBRE specializing in the implementation of 3G/4G cellular technology deployments for higher education and corporate clients called Wireless Solutions Group. Clients included Bank of America, Comerica Bank, Exxon Mobile, University of Southern California, University of San Diego and Riverside Community College District. Working with clients and carriers to stealth cell site deployments, physically locating them in aesthetically pleasing locations. These stealthed cell site deployments not only greatly enhanced cell coverage at clients’ owned facilities and the immediate surrounding areas but also earned clients a great deal of rental revenue from the cellular carriers contracted with on their behalf.
