Dlatego WIREP z jednej strony wspiera w profesjonalnej edukacji i networkingu, a z drugiej – w pogodzeniu sukcesów zawodowych, życia prywatnego i osobistych dążeń. Celem Stowarzyszenia jest pomoc w zrównoważeniu wszystkich tych czynników poprzez wymianę doświadczeń i wyznaczanie nowych standardów dla branży, odpowiadających wartościom wyznawanym przez nowoczesne, przedsiębiorcze kobiety. By operating a unique platform WIREP promotes the exchange of experience and contact to femal participants in the industry. The goal is to have well-informed networking female professionals maintaining relationships also with like-minded organizations in Poland and abroad. The WIREP Mission is the guideline principles to the member’s activities and core competencies for the successful further development of the Association and its Goals. WIREP is an organization dedicated to provide a networking venue for female professionals in the private equity real estate business. We represent all disciplines within the property and construction industry, creating a forum for business opportunities, exchanging views, networking and personal development. Additionally WIREP is connected to international business networks in other countries.
