WireTap's services are simple to use, you can upload files with the click of a button. Search for key terms and mark which transcripts contain evidence for easy reference. Organization is simple, as you can upload the files within each case name. Print the relevant transcripts for your files. Right now, WireTap utilizes Amazon Web Services for hosting our data base and performing our transcription functions. We can currently transcribe MP3, MP4, AMR, FLAC and WAV files. WireTap is best calibrated for jail calls and pure audio files, but we are continuing to test and improve our body cam functionality.
