Wisdom on Wellness

Wisdom on Wellness (WOW) aim to broaden and open minds by spreading awareness, creating experiences and providing a community for like-minded people to come together to share their own knowledge; their Wisdom on Wellness. WOW bridges the gap between the often-inaccessible wellbeing space, challenging stereotypes and creating an environment that is approachable and relevant for all to speak openly about mental health, holistic healing and personal wellness journeys. The goal is to educate and encourage people to acknowledge the multiple facets of wellness, bringing them together to begin or expand their own journeys, improving their lives through wellbeing. The WOW community can be accessed in person and virtually, via social media groups or festivals, retreats and pop-ups within local communities.
