Dr. Sir Vincent Cable MP was a patron of the charity, which was based in Twickenham, London. In January 2011, Catherine Middleton (now The Princess of Wales) expressed interest in the possible patronage of the Changez Charity, demonstrating the organization's recognition and impact on mental health support.
