Wise Mind Centre is a Vancouver-based psychology clinic that provides clinical consultation, assessment, and scientifically supported treatments to adolescents, adult clients, and loved ones of individuals struggling with mental illness. Many of our clients are also employees working in professional organizations and corporations. We are aspired to help our clients achieve personal and work life balance, build resilience at home and in workplace, and overcome obstacles that prevent them from maximizing their potential at work.
We are also a clinical training site for advanced graduate trainees in clinical psychology programs at University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, Adler University, and University of Victoria.
Our clinicians are experienced in providing a variety of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure/Response Prevention (E/RP), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). Many of our clinicians also utilize mindfulness-based treatments in sessions.
