Wise Waves is an educational tour operator that empowers young minds through transformative experiences by the ocean. We offer immersive programs for international students aged 11 to 17, blending the excitement of surfing with life skills development, environmental awareness, and intercultural learning. Based in Ericeira, Portugal — Europe’s first World Surfing Reserve — Wise Waves is more than a surf camp: it’s a space for growth, reflection, and meaningful connection. Our camps are designed to inspire confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership through a carefully curated blend of outdoor adventure, creative workshops, and purposeful dialogue. We collaborate with international schools to design tailor-made group experiences and we run programs for families seeking enriching summer opportunities for their teens.
