At Writers in Schools South West CIC, we believe that every child deserves access to creative inspiration. That’s why we work to connect local writers with schools, giving students the opportunity to meet, learn from, and be inspired by real-world authors, poets, and storytellers. Through free-to-use writer listings, grant-funded workshops, and community storytelling initiatives, we ensure that cost is never a barrier to creativity. Our platform also supports teachers as writers, offering opportunities for networking and publication. WISSW exists because every child deserves to be inspired, and every story deserves to be told.
