With Counselling

We lean on evidence-based therapy to guide our integrated, client-centered approach. Here’s what we mean: 1. Our approach is personalized. We take key factors into consideration when creating a plan. These include your reason for seeking counselling, your goals, and the many factors that make you, you! 2. Our approach takes helpful elements of several theories into consideration. Our therapists may draw from Attachment Theory, Bowen Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and/or Person-Centered therapy. 3. Our approach centres around your relationship with your counsellor. Ensuring we build a strong relationship with you and that you feel seen and heard will be our first priority.
