Withrow High Performance Centre

WHPC is a fitness facility and training centre focused on helping athletes and non-athletes alike achieve their fitness goals. For athletes the focus is on developing skills, turning weaknesses into strengths, and ultimately progressing to the highest level of competition in their respective sport. We pride ourselves on having the knowledge and ability to safely train youth athletes, building habits that will prevent injuries in both training and competition. For non-athletes, specific programs can be designed based on each individual's needs and body type to help them reach their respective goals.
