For over 20 years, Bill was Chairman & CEO of Drake Beam Morin, Inc., (DBM), which he grew from one office in 1976 to the world’s leading organizational and individual transition consulting firm with a network of more than 160 offices around the world. Bill has been a frequent guest on network television and is quoted often in the business press. He has authored 19 books and hundreds of articles about coaching and career development. Today the company is led by our President & CEO Tim Morin and a group of professionals with extensive industry experience and vision.
