The West North Avenue Development Authority is an economic development agency for the State of Maryland to benefit the neighborhoods of West Baltimore. North Ave. through acquisition, construction, and repurposing of vacant and blighted properties for eco-friendly urban renewal without displacement while supporting community-based public safety measures.
