WNC From the Ground Up is a grassroots nonprofit strengthening Western North Carolina's food systems through farmer-focused, community-centered initiatives. Through our food hub, WNC Farm to Table, we connect local farmers to retail, wholesale, and food access programs, improving farming viability and building a resilient, sustainable local food economy. Serving communities across Jackson, Macon, Swain, Clay, Graham & Cherokee counties, we collaborate with community partners like Impact Health, local governments, and land trusts to support food sovereignty, farmland preservation, and community wellness.
