WNYMuslims embodies the three core values of awareness, diversity, and service and provides the platform for Muslims to write their own narrative by encouraging them to actively participate in the mainstream media. We hope to foster an understanding of Islam through videos, podcasts, presentations, print, broadcast, local events, and social media. In doing so, we hope to inform the American public about the diverse religious traditions and customs of Muslims and overcome the stereotypes and prejudices facing the community.
