More than 2,000 employees are involved daily in screening, profiling, aircraft checks, and Dog-assisted detection. -WelcomeOne: With over 500 experts, we work on managing passenger services and customer experience, optimizing queue management processes, digital check-in, and passenger support for airports and airlines. Our back-office teams also provide essential operational coordination: verifying travel documents and conducting anti-fraud document checks. -WorkOut: A team of around twenty specialists and trainers support our employees and clients in developing key skills for an increasingly demanding airport environment.
