Team wob-racing. - U.A.S. Ostfalia

The Team wob-racing is a multi-discipline project at Ostfalia University of applied sciences competing in worlds largest engineering design competition - Formula Student. Along their studies Ostfalia students get a chance to gather real world experience in a wide range of professions. Each year the team deals with the concept, construction, manufacturing and testing of a prototype race car. The electric vehicle is then competing against teams from all around the world, at the Formula Student competition events. Das Team wob-racing ist ein interdisziplinäres Projekt für Studierende an der Ostfalia Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften. Dieses Projekt bietet den seinen Mitgliedern die Möglichkeit, neben dem Studium, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Jedes Jahr beschäftigt sich das Team mit dem Konzept, der Konstruktion, dem Bau und dem Testen eines Formula Student Rennwagens. Es handelt sich stets um Prototypen, die im dafür ins Leben gerufenen Konstruktionswettbewerb, der “Formula Student”, gegen Teams aus aller Welt antreten.
