Wodonga Abattoir

The Wodonga Abattoir commenced operation in 1965, starting out as a small domestic service works to now operating majorly in export, rendering and skin salting as well as the abattoir site operations. These operations bring in over $120 million per annum, combining that with our ongoing success through the culture and attitude of success that our employees aspires towards leads us to be one of the largest employers in the Albury-Wodonga region. We have an on-site Skin processing facility that was originally operated by a contractual agreement but as of January 2010 it has been ran by our own internal workers, providing even more opportunities for employment within the company. We have strived to provide continual innovation, technological advancement and strategic redevelopment which has occurred in many aspects of our various departments.
