We offer investors and FO's an end to end loan management service via our unique Security Trust Structure and the option to participate in our originated transactions. We are a referral only company and do not advertise externally and not a part of any deal platforms. WCG assists borrowers and their companies to procure monies such as debt and working capital secured by Australian real estate in most cases via a registered first mortgage. We typically start debt engagements at $10 million and up (with a few exceptions). Our focus is on good quality real estate with a focus on the eastern seaboard.
