Woke Media LLC is a leading full-service, boutique public relations and event production company, founded in Feb 2018 by long-time entertainment industry vet, Jess Poulin. Striving to bring big agency creativity along with personal client attention to every account, our primarily women-led team works hand-in-hand with each of our clients in order to bring to life some of the industry’s most thought provoking and conversation starting activations across art, music, health & wellness, fashion, film, tech, and cannabis. With a focus on media relations and overall branding, Woke Media’s mission is to elevate the stories of people of color, particularly women, through press features, brand sponsorships, and intimate client events. Along with handling philanthropic campaigns in ocean conservation, mental health, prison reform, and children’s services, the team is skilled in looking beyond traditional media placements to create unique and one-of-a-kind client campaigns that help gain the maximum exposure. Representing clients on an international level, Jess and her team make sure to stay up-to-date on new and developing trends for today’s pop culture and business growth.
