WokenWine brings together producers of premium wines with a common, easily recognizable certificate, just like the GIA certification universally adopted by jewellers. By creating a benchmark platform accessible to consumers, WokenWine aims to establish a certification standard and create an internationally-recognized certificate. Our mission is threefold: TO UNITE producers of fine wines within a single system of traceability that end consumers can easily recognize TO PROTECT producers, wine professionals, and consumers from fraud and counterfeit TO CONNECT wine enthusiasts with the best producers and professionals in a community with a shared desire for transparency. Founded by prestigious producers and a team of blockchain experts, the WokenWine platform reconciles the interests of producers, consumers and professionals by applying the founding principle of Web3: giving back to lovers of wine the control of their ecosystem, in order to make it more virtuous. WokenWine is a digital platform developed with producers of great wines, in which everyone can retrieve their NFT, an immutable digital property certificate linked to a physical bottle. Thus, our members will be able to sell and buy great wines in complete safety and transparency, with the greatest respect for the product and the work of producers and professionals of the wine sector.
