WokeWines does not sell wine… so what do we sell?
Many people find that wine tasting can be drawn-out and even alienating. To avoid this, we take a different approach: instead of using wine as the main focal point, we shift the focus to your enjoyment of it.
Because we don’t sell wine, there’s not the usual expectation for you to buy some at the end; our attention is on giving you the best wine tasting experience possible. In doing this, we have discovered something new: a unique atmosphere that is created by using wine as the social glue.
Our team is not made up of waiters or bar staff or sommeliers.
All of our pourers are students, studying to become lawyers, doctors etc. They work at WokeWines out of passion and enjoyment; they are crucial to creating the WokeWines atmosphere.
It is our pleasure to organise bespoke events that come in the form of tastings, parties, balls and even festivals. You may be interested in learning about wine or simply enjoy drinking it - either way WokeWines has got your back.
