Wola Pantsula

Pantsula with a Purpose exists because we saw a gap in holistic development in the education system, especially in the lives of those in previously disadvantaged high schools. Projects that aid in the betterment and upliftment of society through personal development are needed. The underlying problem which our project aims to address is the flawed mind-sets that our youth has. The community needs to have a youth that has been taught values, principles and ethics because the character of a person can ultimately determine their destiny. We aim to grow the individuals outside their normal day to day academic programme because they are more than that. The learners from disadvantaged areas are so talented but the problem is that they talent and potential is not nurtured and guided so they turn to the streets and crime. We believe that there’s nothing wrong with seeds but the environment the seed has been planted in. Also, the youth in South Africa if not the world regardless of their background, struggle with self-awareness and identity. The lack of self-awareness results to a life without purpose.
