Highlights of Professional Experience: 3 Years Senior Program Associate, General Counsel in Washington, DC at Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed). I scheduled meetings with senior level executives from the world’s largest medical technology companies. I created confidential documents and PowerPoint presentations for meetings at the White House and Department of Justice (DOJ). My role was responsible for: Supporting stakeholders, board of directors, onboarding the legal committee members as well updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system. I kept the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organized during the acquisition of the MedTech Conference in 2018. I coordinated 60 - 80 participant quarterly meetings. I prepared and sent emails on behalf of the COO and Legal Department. I made domestic and global international multi-city travel arrangements. I kept track of the legal department's budgets. 9 Years Executive Assistant, in West Vancouver, BC, Canada at the First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC), a non-profit organization directed by a Board of 117 members. I kept the Executives and Lawyers organized during the Federal and Provincial negotiations of the $7 million Tripartite Education Framework Agreement that was signed in 2012. I was point of contact for: Organization, Executive Director, Manager of Executive Services and the Executive Committee, 117 Board of Directors, 12 Negotiating Nations and 70 Jurisdiction Members. I cut costs by creating electronic meeting kits for meetings. I was privy to creating confidential documents for Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, and Canadian Federal and Provincial government officials. I successfully administered $600,000 funding dollars annually. I was the lead contact for BC’s largest education conference. I negotiated cost savings with multiple hotels and catering at events.
