We are a group of students who are working for the empowerment of women and gender equality. We, at WDC, strive to provide a platform for our students to inculcate gender sensitivity and express their thoughts into society and learn about aspects that are generally brushed under the carpet in a patriarchal set up. Through our various activities during the year, WDC has tried to sensitise the students about consent, body positivity, and sex education in a constructive manner.We seek not gender equality but a respectful co-existence and balance, as no two people can ever be equal leave apart genders.
