Women's Solution Group offers clarity, confidence and community to mature professional women looking to create Version 3 of themselves. WSG provides women who are poised to downshift from demanding jobs the opportunity to reflect, convene, and chart their paths forward. Victoria Gonin brings over 40 years of deep experience in change, from both the personal and corporate perspective. Having reinvented herself several times (sales manager, marketing executive, entrepreneur, consultant, coach, manager, leader in higher education administration), Victoria delivers a defined perspective on working, entrepreneurship, volunteerism, retiring, balance, and defining personal purpose. At WSG, women are guided in emotional intelligence, transition intelligence, perspective, and the power of connection. Our programs include group coaching, one-on-one coaching, day-long immersive workshops, and multi-day gathering and retreats. Though our programs women come away with a clearer vision of who they are, what they want to accomplish, and how they can move forward as V:3 of themselves.
