About Women In Computing At Cornell

WICC (Women in Computing at Cornell) was founded in 2013 as a chapter of the national Association of Women in Computing and is the first organization to bring together women in Computer and Information Science at Cornell. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and equip young women with resources to help them explore new opportunities and carve a path for themselves in Computer and Information Science. Our programs include corporate recruiting events, peer-to-peer mentorship, community and social events, career development workshops, alumni talks, and a Girls Who Code club for Ithaca middle and high schoolers.
