Women in CTRL is transforming the music industry through data, advocacy, and direct action. Our flagship initiative, the Seat at the Table report series, has driven real power shifts across the industry, fueling board appointments, informing leadership reform, and holding organisations accountable to measurable change. We don’t stop at data. Through mentorship, succession planning, apprenticeship schemes, development programmes, workshops, and campaigns, we build the infrastructure for long-term inclusion, supporting music creators and professionals from underrepresented communities to rise, lead, and thrive. Founded by award-winning executive and changemaker Nadia Khan, Women in CTRL works at the intersection of research, representation, and reimagination. We partner with organisations, industry leaders, and policymakers to build a more equitable music ecosystem from the ground up.
