Our mission is to create a welcoming community for women in the trades, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation and stem industries. We create experiences for women to connect outside of work. Through these events, we address our two main goals: Reduce loneliness experienced through underrepresentation in these industries and ensure the retention of women in their chosen careers.
