Womentoring aims to empower women to break the glass ceiling and build a world of diversity and inclusion.
We strongly believe role models are a powerfum way to change minds: a role model is an inspiration and a motivation to becoming your better self. However, our world lacks female role models. Hence, we chosen to create mentoring programs led by women but directed to both men and women. Bridging the gender gap starts with including men in the process and giving them the possibility to work altogether towards more equality.
