Wonder Development

Wonder Development is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wonder Capital Group (WCG). The shareholders of MESONG comprise of WCG, Hong Kong listed companies, institutional investors (including an investment arm of the top university in China) and various family offices primarily based in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Wonder Development has presence in major cities in Greater China, with head office in Hong Kong, regional office and showflat in Cambodia, and sales offices and galleries in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Macau. It also has footprints in Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok and Taipei. Currently Wonder Development has been dedicated to the brand-new flagship project, MESONG, the tallest condominium in Cambodia, to uplift a redefined luxury living standard locally. The MESONG will be the new landmark in Phnom Penh, given its prime location at the core of CBD of the capital and awarded architecture design, injected with modern Asian deluxe lifestyle and oriental cultural elements.
