The freshest sourdough pizza straight out of the pizza oven, with a range of incredible chicken wing options in Clondalkin. Woodfire & Wings combines a fast, casual dining experience with restaurant quality pizza and wings. Our food can be delivered straight to your door or for you to grab & go. We only use the freshest of ingredients, the best of Irish and Italian meats and as much locally sourced produce as possible to bring the tastiest flavours and food together! All our wings are from big bad-ass Irish chickens from the countryside and we promise you that. We hand-roll our dough daily and have a 48-hour fermentation process so the dough is light, crispy and easy to digest so you can save room for the wings! To keep our food tasting fresh and flavourful, we roast all our own vegetables in-house, we roast and glaze our Irish hams so they are super succulent and tasty and we smoke the finest of Irish chicken breast on our own smoker which produces an incredible juicy and balanced flavour for our pizzas. Our menu is designed for a fast, high quality service so we can put the customer at the centre of the experience and focus on premium produce. Most importantly, we want our food to be authentic, look good and taste great! We are environmentally conscious and all our packaging is compostable so please help the planet and do your bit (it all adds up!!).
