Founded in 1885, Woods™ has a deep history of outfitting Canadian exploration and adventure and has been a trusted partner for many significant Canadian first including: the first successful voyage through the Northwest Passage in 1906, the Canadian Arctic Expedition 1913-1918, the first ascent of Mount Logan in 1925, and the first Canadian ascent of Mount Everest in 1982.
