With Work and Art, I look for what really motivates people intrinsically. What makes an artist go on for hours to finish his artwork? What makes a theatre group continue to show so much commitment to keep going, even when it becomes really difficult? What drives people with passion? How do we find such enthusiasm in every kind of work? What are the keys to achieving this in the workplace? In the first place for yourself, but also within teams. In addition, Work and Art is also a platform to get going with my own artistic activities as a Voice-over, Theater Director, Actor, Musician, Dabbler... In short, I try to put the things that I find beautiful into the world and strengthen them in order to make that world, even if it is only a tiny bit, more beautiful.
