We use a generous amount of practical scenarios to help the learner to understand the content and to be able to apply the learning principles. We have taken our combined experience as attorneys / consultants / lecturers and used it to develop these online modules that are aimed at assisting individuals to be better managers or employees and also to assist organisations to build capacity and/or competencies in the relevant areas.
