Work Hard Pittsburgh is a cooperatively owned and operated organization made up of hard-working people intent on challenging what's normative in entrepreneurship. That means ditching the high-risk, high-reward investment model used by many business incubators, and creating more equity and access for different kinds of people. Through collective ownership, we launch impact-driven training programs to provide entrepreneurs a path to sustainability and fulfillment.
