WHO WE ARE The goal of the Work in Brazil campaign is to attract qualified foreign labor to work in the Brazilian financial system in order to contribute to its development and internationalization. The resumes submitted to www.workinbrazil.org will be delivered directly to the recruiters of the BRAiN associates. BRAiN Brazil, the institution responsible for this initiative, brings together 15 partners among the largest banks in Brazil and their trade and business associations. BRAiN includes the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA), the Brazilian Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA), the Brazilian Banking Association (FEBRABAN) and the Trade Federation of São Paulo (FecomercioSP), and also Banco do Brasil, Banco Votorantim, BTG Pactual, Bradesco, Clearing House for the Custody and Financial Settlement of Securities (Cetip), Citibank, HSBC, Itau Unibanco, ABC Group, PwC and Santander. WHY BRAZIL Brazil has made great deal of progress in recent years: the establishment of a sound democracy, the consolidation of a stable economy, the introduction of millions of people into the middle class, investments in infrastructure, an international leadership position… all of this without losing some of the characteristics that make Brazil a unique country, known for its ethnic diversity, hospitality and, why not, its joy.
