A lot of people find it hard to motivate themselves to do any kind of sports at home because of a lack of equipment or friends to train with. This made us start Work IN!: online short live coached fitness sessions for teams at work. Be it all from home or together in the workingspace. Doing our short, effective workouts together in a group of colleagues has proven to be a good start,break or ending of the working day! Workouts are really open to people of all fitness levels and our coaches are very experienced in adjusting workouts to everybody’s needs. Besides all the fitness benefits these workouts will give the participants, the effect on the team as a whole should not be underestimated. Doing a workout will keep your team fresh, fit and engaged. We can tailor everything to the desires of your company. Most sessions take thirty minutes from start to end, but we can make them shorter or longer. Yoga sessions are also optional.
