About Work It Well Project Organization

Mission: To Meet Partners and Clients Where You Are While Helping You Explore What You Can Become, so you can thrive. Vision: Everyone is healthy, economically-empowered, safe, and inspired. Objective: To keep others from falling through the cracks. The Work It Well Project (WIP), a 501 C 3 non-profit organization headquartered in Hayward CA, empowers low-income, under-served and high-risk women and girls in Alameda, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Solano and San Francisco counties. We also occasionally work with men and boys on a case-by-case basis. Our Vision is to help others become healthy, economically The WORK It Well Project launched a fresh brand in 2019, in collaboration and partnership with a variety of credible organizations providing services that have helped many others prevent from falling through the cracks. For over 20 years WIP has provided our clients with supportive services that help them replace barriers and develop their skills. The WORK It team teaches and shares from a place of experience, education, passion and compassion. We enjoy collaborating, partnering and serving others in all parts of the Bay Area, as well as other regions all over the world. Historically our services include housing assistance, entrepreneurial development, referral, resources, work experience opportunities, employment readiness & placement, health, wellness education, along with other wrap around services. Additionally we provide virtual training's and distance platform for our clients and organizations that we serve. We implement critical social services for under-served populations and have a dedicated staff of volunteers.
