Work Re-Designed

We spend over one third of our lives at different workplaces, but common workplaces are not those places where we want spend our time. Often meeting rooms are spaces to sit and listen. Not that kind of places where ideas are encouraged or users are noted. Needed changes for making workplaces more effective and personable don’t need miracles. We just need to start focus more on the users and how they use different spaces during workday and task. For example meeting rooms should be places where people want to go - not the places where people want to get out. Same thing goes for every space in every workplace.
