Work this Way has developed a motivational progression route for offenders: from high quality training, through mentored work experience to employment. We support offenders approaching the end of their sentence. We improve offenders’ employability and help them into employment . reducing the risk of them re-offending. Now based on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent we have funded over 600 training places, many of which have been instrumental in ex-offenders finding sustainable employment. Jobs have included: Industrial Cleaning, Supervisory posts, Environmental work, Construction and Self Employment.
