Work Today helps job seekers complete job applications. The process of completing a job application is prohibitively time consuming. Applicants are required to provide the same information over and over again often with variations in the way the information is collected, depending on the potential employer and the Applicant Tracking System it uses. Each company requires job seekers to create a user account before submitting an application. Job boards have solved this by creating “one click” application, which essentially is a very short form application (name, email address) plus a resume or link to a Linked In profile. The problem is that many companies refuse to let job boards facilitate this “one-click” application and require job seekers to complete their standard company applications.
