WORK-FLOW

Founded in 2016, WORK-FLOW has morphed through the years but always with the same goal in mind: to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions and generate robust data. In 2018, OfX, a universal sheath fluid for research analyzers, was released. This fluid was validated for use in hydrodynamic and acoustic focusing flow cytometers as well as in high-throughput samplers and multiplexers. Early 2019 Flow Cytometry Essentials (FCE) was released to streamline educational content and improve user engagement. FCE is a brand neutral e-Learning course whose subtitled micro-content and simulations can serve as general knowledge, a refresher for advanced users, or a prerequisite to instrument training. Late 2019 FlowPublic, then dubbed the "ToolBox", was launched to give the cytometry community a free and long-overdue repository of validated technical resources; one location for users to find specialty tools (scripts, apps, instructions, references...). To address the need for continuing education, the FlowHub was created in 2020. This regularly updated support platform centralizes resources and information to efficiently deliver knowledge, leading users from experimental design to publication. Over the past 3 years, several specialty eCourses have been released, covering advanced topics such as Cell Sorting and Full-Spectrum Flow Cytometry.
