Most of his recent workforce planning/analytics approaches using ‘GIS’ Mapping Technologies, Desktop workforce planning tools and ERP/HRIS interfaces have become ‘game changers’ for industry leaders concerned with the ability to assess, model and predict their workforce. He has a Bachelors and Master’s Degree from Washington University in St. Louis combined with additional graduate education in Geography/GIS, Demography and Economics from Florida State University.
