Schutt’s 20 year career path in HR/People Ops has included innovative workforce and strategic planning for Healthcare in addition to Global Technology, Manufacturing firms and the Energy sector. Most of his recent workforce planning/analytics approaches using ‘GIS’ Mapping Technologies, Desktop workforce planning tools and ERP/HRIS interfaces have become ‘game changers’ for industry leaders concerned with the ability to assess, model and predict their workforce.
