WorkForce Logistics’ (New York, NY) eRoster is hosted workforce management software that enables you to forecast call volumes, project staffing requirements and generate schedules for your call center. You can assign agents to skill sets to create a staffing hierarchy. The software also lets you create a seating plan for agents at your call center and lets you view information such as the length of each call and which agents are currently helping customers over the phone.
eRoster lets you view reports concerning your center's efficiency, such as those about agents' average handle times. eRoster also generates reports about statistics such as the target call volume per hour that agents should meet and other service level targets that you want agents to achieve.
Agents use eRoster's RosterMail internal messaging module to trade shifts, request time off and post messages to you and to other agents in their groups. Agents view their schedules and post messages through a Web browser, as shown here, so that they can communicate with you and their co-workers from remote locations.
