I am passionate about helping women find work that provides a living wage, that is also in alignment with their values and who they are! If you’re familiar with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, just above the foundational survival needs level (food/shelter/water) is the ability to financially provide for ourselves. It is my belief that many women either: 1. Work in soul sucking jobs 2. Stay in soul sucking relationships 3. Work for soul sucking employers because of this need/ fear of not being able to make ends meet. But because they are out of alignment with their true selves and values, they never fully blossom into who they’re meant to be. There is a way to have it all! It may not look exactly as you imagined, but I promise you it can be way better!!! I was working as a Recruiter/ Headhunter for years in the mortgage banking industry. This job afforded me the ability to first focus on my kids, and I loved that I could navigate the underbelly of the mortgage banking world and steer my candidates from the most egregious companies; but it wasn’t what fills me most. What I have been able to do is navigate entrepreneurship, come up with creative ways of making money while staying true to myself, and have experience, support, and wisdom to share with others! Because what fills my bucket is filling yours! 🥰
