Many moons ago when we started out, we only did desk assessments, since then we have got bigger and bolder and now we offer a suite of wellbeing services. That said we still believe that workstation assessments are central to workplace wellbeing and are often overlooked and almost seen as a hassle. At Workhappy we see desk assessments or workstation assessments as a great way to engage with employees and get temperature check of where an orginisation is. The personal nature of the assessments often allows employees to engage directly and disclose details that are often overlooked, as well as allowing trained professionals to improve their workstation.
